Successful candidates will be assessed for suitability as an investment service consultant in Retail Client Services or as an operations consultant in Retail Operations.
Your purpose as an investment service consultant in Retail Client Services:
Your role as an investment service consultant is to engage in intellectual and comprehensive interactions with our clients via our various servicing channels while actively participating in the firm’s drive for service excellence. Your interactions will be all-encompassing and may include (but not limited to) discussions on products, processes, transactions, tax and legislative implications, our investment philosophy, industry trends and the performance of our unit trust funds.

Your purpose as an operations consultant in Retail Operations:
Our Retail Operations teams process transactions from clients and provide administrative support for the firm’s retail investment offering. Our operations consultants are responsible for ensuring that all incoming instructions are responded to and processed within a specific timeframe and regulatory framework. Operation consultants interact with clients and advisers to provide updates on transactions and to follow-up on any pending instructions while maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Qualifying criteria
- Final year students currently completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science, with majors in, but not limited to, Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics and Statistics, Engineering.
- Strong, consistent academic track record across matric and university.
- Students who are eligible to work in South Africa and start their career between December 2024 and February 2025.

- Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
