Key Responsibilities:

BI Analyst Intern:

• Collect and collate data from various sources, including customer interactions.
• Import and export data using SQL databases.
• Assist with developing and preparing analytical reports.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather reporting and analysis requirements.

Dialler Admin Intern:

• Manage dialler systems in real-time, ensuring optimal agent productivity.
• Monitor campaigns, adjusting dialler settings based on performance.
• Administer and create users on the dialler system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

You must meet the following requirements to apply:

• Matric with a completed 3-year National Diploma, or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field obtained from a public tertiary institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL knowledge is a plus!
• Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18-35.
• Reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal.
• You must not be currently employed or be part of another internship/learnership program.
• You must not have completed any other internship program through the SETA/ Government.
