- Handle data capturing and update weekly reports to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct exit interviews to spot trends and help reduce employee turnover.
- Assist with drafting employment contracts to bring new hires on board.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
- Take charge of onboarding new employees for a smooth start.
- Promote employee wellness and contribute to a healthy workplace.
- Create and manage employee files to maintain organized records.
- Perform general office admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

All we require is:
- A 3-year National Diploma / Degree / Honours in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Relations from a recognized public tertiary institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
- Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
- Must not have previously completed a SETA / Government internship program.
