Are you a graduate with passion for building and using Data & Analytics solutions to unlock business value? We're looking for bright and motivated individuals to join our Data Analytics Internship Programme.

Responsibilities:

During the Internship programme, you will (not exhaustive):

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions
  • Solve real-world challenges in payments, lending, digital wallets, and more.
  • Develop Data Analytics solutions using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Python
  • Analyse complex data sets representing business processes & initiatives to identify and communicate trends and insights.
  • Gather, clean, combine and aggregate data from disparate sources for data analysis and reporting needs.
  • Collect and apply feedback from business presentations, user training and peer review to continuously improve reporting and analysis solutions
  • Proactively communicate the progress and status (including blockers, risks, issues) of the work assigned to you, with all affected stakeholders.
  • Participate in structured training, mentorship, and personal development programs.

Who are we Looking For?

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest in developing proficiency with programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python), Data platforms (e.g. Snowflake) , Analytics & Visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Amplitude), as well as Machine Learning & AI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player
  • Limited to candidates with South African Citizenship
