Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements


Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa invites applications from suitably qualified persons to apply for the 2023 Learnership Programmes. Successful will candidates will enter into a fixed-term contract with CCBSA  Manufacturing, during which they will undergo both on-the-job and theoretical learning, culminating in a national qualification.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric with Maths and English
  • Applicants must be unemployed
  • No experience required
  • Must be South African citizens
  • Must be between 18 and 34 years of age
  • Must be willing to complete the full 12-month programme and attend classes
  • Must not be enrolled in formal studies
  • Must not have a negative criminal or credit record

  • Self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to interact well in teams
  • Ability to work effectively in teams
